Jerzy Czeremuga graduated from the Faculty of Electric and Computer Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology. He commenced his professional career in 1996 holding the position of electrician at Elpromont Sp. z o.o. and then working as a salesman at Słoń Torbalski Sp. z o.o. In 1997-1998, he acted as Cleaning Service Manager at M.G. Sp. z o.o. In 1998-1999, he was employed as a trader at Belet Polska Sp. z o.o., while on 1st September 1999, he began to work as Technical Specialist at Zakład Usług Energoelektronicznych Radiotech, whereupon in 2000-2002 he also acted as Manager of the Tender Department. In 2002-2006, he operated as Marketing Director of Zakłady Usług Energetycznych i Komunikacyjnych ZUE S.A. In 2006, he was hired as Manager of the Production Preparation Department and Contract Plenipotentiary of the President of the Management Board. In 2010-2011, he held the function of Vice President of the Management Board and Managing Director of Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Komunikacyjnych w Krakowie S.A.
Since 1st January 2007, he has also been employed as Director of the Railway Works Unit of ZUE S.A. He has been Vice President of the Management Board of ZUE S.A. since 11th May 2011.
