Muhammad Anwaar

Muhammad Anwaar currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources at ZUE and Vice President of Global Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources at Collaborative Patient Care Group (CPCG), overseeing multiple departments including contact centers, medical billing, and marketing strategies. Prior to these roles, Muhammad held various leadership positions at The Aga Khan University Hospital, managing departments such as Patient Access and Health Information Management Services, and successfully revamping the call center operations. Muhammad also has extensive experience in the customer service sector from positions at Sybrid and Jazz, as well as a background in event management from Media Island & Multidimensions. Academic qualifications include an MPA with a focus on Management Information Systems and Marketing, as well as an M.Phil. in Public Administration, concentrating on patient behavior in healthcare post-COVID, both from Karachi University.
