Tobias Fries

Tobias Fries has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Tobias is currently serving as the Head of Communications at Zuger Kantonalbank since September 2021. Prior to this, Tobias worked at Swiss International Air Lines from 2017 to 2021, where they held roles such as the Head of Strategic Communications & Channel Management and Senior Manager Strategic Communications. Tobias also worked at Lufthansa Group as a Manager of Communication Strategy & Planning from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Tobias had experience in Miles & More Communication & Campaigns at Swiss International Air Lines and served as a Scientific Staff Member at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Prior to these roles, they also worked at Guaber, Lufthansa, Swissport in various capacities.

Tobias Fries pursued their undergraduate studies at Universität Luzern, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social and Communication Science between 2006 and 2009. Following this, they enrolled at USI Università della Svizzera italiana and obtained a Master's degree in Communication and Economics from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, Tobias participated in the Summer University Program at Copenhagen Business School.
