Ali Eyers

Ali Eyers is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Group Reward Lead at Zühlke Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ali held the position of Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at Ardagh Group from January 2021 to April 2023. Ali also served as Reward Manager at The Co-operative Group from March 2015 to December 2020 and worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young from July 2008 to May 2014. Earlier in the career, Ali was a Personal Assistant at Manchester City Council for a brief period in 2008 and began the professional journey as a Tax Advisor at Deloitte UK from November 2005 to December 2007. Ali holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies with French from The University of Manchester, completed in 2005.
