Martha Hakvoort

Martha Hakvoort is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Zühlke Group since September 2024. Previously, Martha held the same title at LXT from January 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included expanding the client base and enhancing existing accounts. Martha's extensive experience at Appen spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Director of Specialist Programs, where oversight included a team of over 70 employees and a multi-million dollar program. Earlier roles at Appen also involved managing solutions architects and a diverse portfolio of accounts, achieving notable sales growth. Martha holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and International Organization from the University of Groningen.
