Rachael Parrott

Rachael Parrott is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Global Head of TA Projects and Executive Hires at Zühlke Group since March 2022, Rachael also holds the title of Head of Recruitment UK. Previous roles include Resourcing Partner at Gazprom Energy, Senior Recruiter for Multichannel at JD Sports Fashion plc, and Business Development & Talent Manager at Cavendish Wood.
