Joshua Kadrmas

Joshua Kadrmas is an experienced technical support professional with a career spanning over two decades. Current employment is with ZulaFly as Technical Support Lead since June 2022. Previously, Kadrmas held the same role at CenTrak from November 2021 to May 2022 and served as Technical Support Manager at Infinite Leap from June 2016 to November 2021. At Intelligent InSites, a recognized leader in Real Time Location Systems for healthcare, Kadrmas worked in several roles, including Principal Solutions Specialist, Services, Escalation Engineer, and Quality Assurance Analyst from June 2009 to June 2016. Early in the career, Kadrmas gained experience at Microsoft as a Quality Assurance Analyst and at North Dakota University System as a Research Intern. Kadrmas holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University.
