Chris Tobin

Chris Tobin serves as the Chief People Officer at Zūm, overseeing a people strategy for over 3000 employees nationwide. With extensive experience in the Human Resources field, Chris holds advisory roles with several organizations including Menlo Ventures and SemperVirens Venture Capital. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of People at Intercom and Affirm, as well as Global Head of Human Resources at Flipboard. Chris's educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay.
