Michael Mazgaloff

Michael Mazgaloff is the current Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Zūm. Michael has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Mazgaloff started their career at Nielsen Mobile (formerly Telephia Inc.) in July 2004 as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, they were responsible for the company's P&L and spearheaded corporate FP&A. Michael was also a key player on the change management team that positioned Telephia for a successful acquisition by Nielsen Co. in 2008.

In September 2008, Mazgaloff joined 24 Hour Fitness as the Sr. Director, Corporate Finance. In this role, they were a key contributor to the Corporate Business Strategy and led the Corporate FP&A, Business Unit Finance, and Financial Information Systems functions. Michael also supported 3 multi-unit business entities: 24 Hour Fitness U.S., California Fitness (Asia), and BFit subsidiary. Mazgaloff was directly involved in M&A, change in ownership, portfolio divestitures, due diligence, joint ventures & royalty deals, equity transactions, capital raising, and debt refinancing company engagements.

After 13 years with 24 Hour Fitness, Mazgaloff left in March 2021 to join Zūm as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Michael Mazgaloff reports to Ritu Narayan, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Sarah Skinner - VP, Partnerships, Ellen VanderWilt - Head of Brand Marketing, and Vishal Shroff - National Head of Sales.
