Mikel Zubieta

Mikel Zubieta has worked as a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at ZUMA Innovation since January 2015. At ZUMA, they focus on developing new mechatronic solutions for the bicycle sector, including an electronic transmission system and a novel e-bike concept for urban transport. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at TEKNIKER-IK4 from December 2009 to November 2014.

Mikel Zubieta obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, which they pursued from 2005 to 2009.
