Tim Clark

Tim Clark is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Backend Team Lead at Ohme since April 2024, Tim also holds the position of Head of Software Engineering at ZUMA ARRAY, where responsibilities include overseeing a team that develops software for smart audio and lighting devices. Previous roles include Mobile Engineering Manager and Platform Engineering Manager at Centrica Hive, where cloud-based services for connected home applications were developed. With a strong foundation in Java development and architecture dating back to roles at Financial Times and AKQA, Tim has a solid academic background with a PhD in Genetic Algorithms and Machine Learning and a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Swansea University.
