James D. Decamp

James D. DeCamp is the Owner and Principal of James DeCamp Photography, a full-service photography and graphics company established in 1981, specializing in people and documentary photography in the Columbus and Central Ohio area. With a diverse portfolio, James serves as a Freelance Photographer for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and has contributed to ZUMA Press as a Contract Photojournalist, covering various news events. Additional roles include Event Photographer for Susan G. Komen, Contract Studio Photographer for RG Barry, and Freelance Photojournalist for 614 Media Group. James has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus College of Art & Design, teaching studio lighting techniques, and as a Photo Post Production Artist for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. With a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, James's extensive experience encompasses both commercial and editorial photography across multiple platforms.
