Eric Schuyler Fried

Eric Schuyler Fried currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Zuma, focusing on AI-powered solutions for the rental market since October 2023. Prior to this role, Fried was a Research Scientist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where efforts were directed towards developing quantum computing technologies from October 2022 to October 2023. Previous experience includes positions such as Technical Lead Manager and Member of Technical Staff at Sisu, Quantum Engineer at Rigetti Computing, Research Intern at NASA Ames Research Center, and Scientific Researcher at Harvard University’s Aspuru-Guzik Group. Fried began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the Information Sciences Institute. Fried holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned between 2013 and 2017.
