Support & QA Engineer at Zumigo

Nita Parmar has worked in the tech industry since 2005. Nita began their career as a Web Developer at 3MRT Software Ltd. in 2007, followed by a similar role at Infinity Infoway Private Limited. In 2008, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Application Support/Business System Analyst, where they were responsible for Release/Change Management and Incident Management. Nita also worked closely with application representatives, senior level analysts, QA and software developers to support the system and its users. In 2018, Nita joined Celerant Technology as a Support Analyst, where they provided L2/L3 customer support for POS retail software based on Java, SQL. Nita also performed triage & characterization through troubleshooting activities, resolved issues related to database with SQL queries and store procedures, and generated reports as per the request. Currently, Nita is a Support & QA Engineer at Zumigo Inc., where they began working in 2020.

Nita Parmar received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science between 2001 and 2005. Nita has also obtained two certifications from Coursera, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) and Python Data Structures, both in January 2020.
