Thomas Mersch

Thomas Mersch has a strong background in supply chain management and planning. Thomas has held various leadership roles in well-known companies in the industry. Starting in 1991, Mersch worked as an IT-Manager at D. Swarovski KG for ten years. Thomas then joined Daniel Swarovski Corporation in 2001, where they served as the Global Process Manager for five years. In 2006, Mersch moved to Swarovski AG, where they held the positions of Director Global Planning & Procurement and later Director of Supply Chain Management for a total of thirteen years. Most recently, in 2019, Mersch joined Zumtobel Lighting as the VP of Supply Chain Management for the Lighting Brands division. Overall, Mersch has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and execution.

Thomas Mersch attended BHAK Innsbruck from 1980 to 1986, where they obtained a general qualification for university entrance. Thomas then attended Universität für Weiterbildung Krems from 2006 to 2007, studying Prof MSc Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
