Everton Mendes

Everton Mendes is the current CEO at Zuna. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Senior Advisor at Plano de Voo from January 2013 to March 2019, where they were responsible for technical consulting in various areas such as management, operations, training, sales, channels, marketing, service, quality, KPIs, product, logistics; commercial and institutional relationships with clients and partners; presentation of results, feedbacks, R&D, and mentoring. Everton has advised more than 20 clients in F&B, retail, hospitality, HR, e-commerce, healthcare, HRtechs, web services and startups of Fintech, HRtech, Edtech and Healthtech.

From September 2010 to November 2012 they were the Operational Planning Manager at Espro. There they were responsible for operational planning nationwide; responsible for PPC, Call Center, CRM, HR, Sales, Institutional Relations and Facilities areas; preparation of management reports for the board; definition and monitoring of indicators linked to BSC; financial planning, forecast and budget of subordinate areas.

Before that they were the Regional Manager - São Paulo Area at Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola - CIEE from March 1998 to June 2010. Everton's first professional experience was as an Intern at CIEE-RS from August 1996 to October 1997.
