Pooja Yadav

Pooja Yadav holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Zuno General Insurance since November 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including SVP & Product Head for Health and General Insurance at IndusInd Bank and Senior AVP in the Wholesale Product and Strategy Team at ICICI Lombard. With a background in implementing business strategies and managing significant revenue in the crop insurance sector, Pooja has also overseen customer experience and process governance initiatives while engaging with executive stakeholders. Pooja's career began with Citibank as a Relationship Manager and included a Project Trainee position at ANZ Information Technology. Pooja earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Delhi University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
