In 2007, they joined Stream Global Services as a Technical Support Specialist, providing assistance to customers facing issues with HP laptops and Sling Media products. Erick worked here until 2012 and then moved on to Teleperformance, where they continued to work as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2013, they joined Intertec International as a Help Desk Specialist, and then in 2015, they joined Persistent Systems as a Technical Support Specialist. Most recently, Erick joined Zuora in 2023 as an Application Support Engineer.
