Ganesh Ramamoorthy

Ganesh Ramamoorthy has a strong background in software engineering and testing. Ganesh started their career as a Software Engineer in Test at athenahealth, where they designed and developed an Accessibility UI Automation test framework. Ganesh also acted as a Direct Response Individual (DRI) and collaborated with management to strategize automation efforts.

After a successful stint at athenahealth, Ganesh moved on to eShakti.com, an e-commerce fashion brand, where they served as a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test. Here, they played a key role in ensuring the quality of the company's customized women's fashion clothing website.

Ganesh's next role was as a Senior SDET at Ooyala, a company in the video industry. Ganesh contributed to the development of Ooyala Flex, an enterprise application for live streaming, advertisement, video editing, and media content management. Ganesh built and managed the test automation infrastructure using various tools, such as Selenium, Protractor, and TestNG.

Following their time at Ooyala, Ganesh joined Pro.com as a Senior Software Engineer in Test. Here, they furthered their expertise in software testing and engineering before transitioning to their current role as a Senior Software Engineer - Test at Zuora.

Ganesh Ramamoorthy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Anna University. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduation in DevOps at Caltech from 2020 to 2022. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Oracle Certified Master, Java EE 6 Enterprise Architect from Oracle in March 2020. Furthermore, they have achieved additional certifications such as Certification in Test-Automation using Python (from LinkedIn), IBM Certified Advanced Database Administrator - DB2 10.1 for Linux UNIX and Windows (from IBM), and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation (from Red Hat).
