Jen Niemeyer

Jen Niemeyer is a seasoned professional in sales operations and compensation management with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Manager of Commission at Zuora since July 2021, Jen oversees worldwide commissions and bonus plans for a large workforce. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Compensation and Operations at Tradeshift, where responsibilities encompassed managing commission policy and Xactly data entry, and Sr. Sales Operations Manager at Reciprocity, Inc., where Jen was instrumental in standardizing processes for deal review and revenue recognition.
