Kartik J.

Kartik J. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kartik started their career at TomTom as a Technical Support Engineer in 2015. Following that, they worked at Axis Bank as a Management Trainee and later as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on acquiring retail clients and providing financial advice. In 2017, they joined Tata Consultancy Services, initially as a System Engineer and later took on roles as a Functional Consultant and a Zuora Consultant. At Tata Consultancy Services, they were involved in solution design, gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and working on implementation and support projects for Zuora. Most recently, Kartik worked at Conga as a Presales Consultant, where they were responsible for responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, designing solutions, and acting as a liaison between the sales and solution teams. Currently, they are a Solution Architect at Zuora.

Kartik J. completed a post-graduate diploma in Banking and Services at Amity University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Nagpur University in 2014. In 2008, they completed their A.I.S.S.C.E (12th) from Montfort School, Nagpur, with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Kartik also completed their A.I.S.S.E (10th) from Mount Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School Cement Nagar, Dist. Chandrapur, with a similar focus. Additionally, Kartik J. has obtained various certifications, including Business Analyst from Simplilearn, Zuora Billing Delivery Architect Certification from Zuora University, Zuora Billing Certified Consultant from Zuora University, and Zuora Revenue Analyst from Zuora University. Kartik has also earned certifications in several software applications such as Conga Collaborate, Conga Composer, Conga Contracts for Salesforce, Conga Sign, and more. Furthermore, they have taken training courses in Scrum Master, Agile Testing, Behavior-Driven Development, Introduction to Web APIs, Learning DocuSign, Learning Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Essential Training, and Software Testing Foundations: Test Planning.
