Lydia Chou

Lydia Chou has a diverse work experience in the fields of social media, public relations, and communications. Lydia is currently working as a Social Media Brand Manager at Zuora since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adobe from February 2018 to April 2022 as a Public Relations Manager, where they were responsible for PR campaigns, partner communications, and the launch of Adobe Experience Cloud application. Before Adobe, Lydia worked at Worldpay as a Social Media Specialist from June 2015 to February 2018, where they developed social media strategies and managed the consolidation of social media accounts. Lydia also has experience as a Public Relations and Social Media Manager at Barnhart Communications from April 2014 to June 2015, where they led social media strategies and worked with various clients. Lydia was a Marketing Manager and Communications Specialist at First Data Corporation from March 2012 to April 2014, where they handled social media content creation and engagement, monitored media coverage, and assisted with various communication tasks. Prior to this, they gained experience in the communications and public relations field as a Communications Account Coordinator at InView Communications from October 2011 to March 2012 and as an Account Executive at Next PR from June 2010 to September 2011. Lydia started their career as a Public Relations Administrator at Crocs, Inc from February 2010 to July 2010. Throughout their career, Lydia has demonstrated skills in social media management, PR strategy, content creation, media relations, and client management.

Lydia Chou attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Broadcast News. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a second Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business.
