Michelle Josephson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michelle began their career as a Senior Contract Recruiter at SAP Americas in 2004, where they demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and implemented creative approaches to engage individuals for career opportunities. In 2009, they worked as a Recruiter (contract) at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Senior Recruiting Consultant (Contract) at SAP Americas. From 2011 to 2014, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at SAP, where they contributed to the recruitment process. Michelle also worked as a Senior Recruiter Consulting Services (contract) at SunGard Availability Services, providing technology services to ensure customer availability, adaptability, and operational excellence. In 2014, they joined Zuora and held various roles, including Principal Recruiter and Lead Technology & Analytics Specialist, Manager of Talent and Recruiting Operations, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and most recently, Director of Recruiting Operations & Enablement.
