Scarlet Dorathy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Scarlet began their career in 2013 at Cognizant as a Programmer, working on the Continuous Improvements (CI) project in the insurance domain. Their responsibilities involved improving the performance of MetLife applications through tasks such as Manual Task Automation.

In 2018, Scarlet joined Intelenet Global Services as a Senior Online Strategist, where they worked on the Google My Business project. Their role included calling customers to provide ownership of their business pages and maintaining call quality by highlighting important product features.

Afterwards, Scarlet worked at JD Sports Fashion plc as a Technical Support Analyst from 2018 to 2019, and then moved to Resulticks in 2019 as a Technical Support Analyst as well.

Currently, Scarlet is employed at Zuora as an Operations Support Analyst, starting in 2022.
