Manager - Global Services at Zuora

Shridhar Ramachandran's work experience began in 2005 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an Assistant Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for ITIL practices and governance, as well as managing the IT Service Desk and desktop support.
