Ted Gumerson

Ted Gumerson has held various senior leadership roles in revenue operations and sales operations throughout their career. Ted is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Zuora, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Sales Operations & Enablement at Zuora, starting in September 2021.

Before joining Zuora, Ted worked at SAP Concur from 2012 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Operations from January 2016 to September 2021, Vice President of Global Sales Strategy from October 2013 to January 2016, and Senior Director of Sales Strategy from March 2012 to October 2013.

From 2010 to 2012, Ted served as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Juniper Networks. Prior to that, they held the same position at Silver Spring Networks from 2009 to 2010.

From 2007 to 2009, Ted worked at Cisco Systems as the Director of CSG Operations and Director of Operations. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of WW Sales Operations at WebEx Communications from 2002 to 2007.

Ted's early career includes a role as Channel Programs Manager at StorageWay from 2000 to 2002 and as Director of Sales Operations at Law Cypress from 1995 to 2000.

Ted Gumerson attended Heritage Hall from 1985 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Ted then enrolled at the University of the Pacific from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Business and Computer Science.
