Bia Zago

Bia Zago, also known as Fabiana, has a diverse work experience in various design-related roles. Bia started their career as a Lighting Designer at Hansa Ilminaçao in 2008 and later worked as an Interior Designer at Faz Design from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, Bia became the Owner and UX/UI Designer of Black Unicorn, an e-commerce company, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a UX/UI Designer at Zup Innovation before transitioning to the role of Product Designer from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Bia holds the position of Design Lead at Zup Innovation, a role they started in December 2020.

Bia Zago (Fabiana) has a diverse education history. In 2000-2005, they completed their Graduação in Design at the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU. Bia further pursued their education by completing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Lighting Design at the Universidade Castelo Branco from 2005-2007. In 2020-2021, they obtained a Professional Education degree in Product Management from PM3 | Escola de Negócios e Produtos Digitais. Most recently, in 2023, they participated in a Professional Education program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on Designing High-Impact Solutions (MITdesignX).

In addition to their formal education, Bia Zago (Fabiana) has obtained several certifications and taken various courses to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include topics such as Customer Experience, Digital Accessibility, Data Intelligence, Leadership, Negotiation, and more. The institutions they received these certifications from include Escola Conquer, Zup Innovation, FIAP, PUCRS, and others.
