Gustavo Lazarini

Gustavo Lazarini has extensive work experience in data management, analytics, and product management. Gustavo is currently employed at Zup Innovation as a Data Product Manager & Analytics Lead. Prior to that, they worked at meutudo. as the Head of CRM. Gustavo also held various roles at Banco PAN, including Sr CRM Manager, CRM Project and Product Manager, and Product Manager. Gustavo was responsible for overseeing the governance of CRM platforms, implementing new communication channels, and managing customer data. Additionally, Gustavo has experience at Itaú Unibanco and iti Itaú, where they served as a Product Manager, Data, Business Analytics and OKR Lead, and Decision Science & Telemetry Lead. Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on optimizing business processes through data-driven insights.

Gustavo Lazarini completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering at FEI from 2002 to 2006. Gustavo later pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2012 to 2013.
