Mateus Trasel Dias has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Mateus is currently the Head of Technology at StackSpot since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Zup Innovation from June 2022, where they also served as the Head of Digital Transformation from January 2019 to June 2022 and as a Product Manager from December 2017 to January 2019.

Before Zup Innovation, Mateus worked at Stefanini from January 2016 to November 2017 as an Innovation Manager, where they led innovation processes and implemented ideation and product practices. Mateus also mentored teams to adopt agile methodologies. At Stefanini, they also held the positions of Software Development Manager and Tech Lead.

Mateus has co-founded two companies. Mateus co-founded Expanda Cursos, a 100% online school, from June 2016 to October 2017, and Veme Technologies, a software development services company, from May 2013 to June 2015.

During their early career, Mateus worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at HCL Technologies from June 2011 to October 2011 and as a Software Development Engineer at Banco Topázio S/A from September 2008 to May 2011. At Banco Topázio S/A, they developed an ERP system and spent three months in Uruguay learning about the core system.

Additionally, Mateus founded Pulse Produções in March 2008 and worked as a Customer Support Professional at Sini Informática from April 2008 to September 2008.
