Sangeetha Swamy is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and team building across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Zupee since October 2020, Sangeetha focuses on recruiting top-tier engineering and technology talent to enhance the company's capabilities in India’s rapidly growing consumer tech industry. Prior to Zupee, Sangeetha held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Stanza Living, where responsibilities included talent strategy implementation and turnover analysis. Earlier roles included client management in recruitment at RGF Select India and Grassik Search Pvt Ltd, and a senior consultant position at Randstad India, specializing in senior and middle-level recruitment. Sangeetha’s career commenced as an Account Manager at New Era India Consultancy, focusing on FMCG sector placements. Sangeetha holds a PGDHRM degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
