Pradep Sakthi has over 8 years of work experience in Human Resources and IT Recruiting. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Executive Client Services at Helios & Matheson. In 2014, they moved to Uniphore Software Systems as an HR Executive. In 2016, they joined CashKaro.com as a Senior Executive Human Resources Administration. In 2019, they took on two roles as a Senior Lead - Human Resources at both Kreon Finnancial Services Limited and StuCred® Real-Time Student Credit. Currently, they are the Head Of Human Resources at Zuper Inc.

Pradep Sakthi completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University between 2007 and 2011. Pradep then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the same university from 2013 to 2015.
