Katie Kirk

Katie Kirk, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting and SEC Reporting at Zura Bio Limited since October 2025. Prior to this role, Katie held positions as Associate Director and Senior Manager of Accounting and SEC Reporting at Atara Biotherapeutics from April 2022 to October 2025. Katie’s career began at PwC, where roles included Assurance Manager and Responsible Business Leadership Fellow, with a focus on audit and assurance services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
