Jürg Sutter

Jürg Sutter is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Product Owner for the ITSM Suite at Zürcher Kantonalbank since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the ITSM solutions. Previously, Jürg held roles as Team Leader for ICT System Engineers and ICT System Engineer at Sutter EDV since January 2000, and worked as a Business IT Specialist at Swiss Life AG, contributing to the development of a new Identity & Access Management Suite from June 2008 to March 2010. Jürg also has a background as an IT Specialist at IBM from April 2003 to May 2008, where internship experience and a diploma project were completed. Educational credentials include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Informatik from ETH Zürich (1997-2004) and a Matura in Wirtschaft from Kantonsschule Enge, Zürich (1992-1997).
