Reto Doswald

Reto Doswald is an experienced educator and specialist in process and architecture with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Berufsschullehrer at Gewerblich-industrielle Berufsfachschule Kanton Glarus since October 2021, Reto focuses on general education in the ABU sector. In a parallel role since November 2000, Reto has been a Fachspezialist for process and architecture, representing employee interests as a chosen employee representative and serving as the President of the employee representation body. Reto is also active as the President of the personnel association, advocating for all staff members. Previous positions include board member of the personnel association at Zürcher Kantonalbank and leadership roles in service management and research, overseeing teams and liaising with financial institutions. Earlier experience includes project leadership and logistics specialization at Geberit, where Reto implemented strategies for consolidating production across Europe. Reto holds a degree from ETH Zürich, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
