Thomas Gianora

Thomas Gianora, MRICS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate project management and development. Currently serving as Head of Real Estate Project Management at Zürcher Kantonalbank since July 2015, Thomas manages large-scale direct real estate developments within a team focused on investment management for institutional clients. Prior experience includes a role as Real Estate Developer at Swisscanto from March 2012 to June 2015 and various positions at Implenia Development SA and Implenia Generalunternehmung AG, starting as an Immobilienprojektentwickler in 2005. Thomas holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich and an Eidg. Dipl. Ing. FH in BauProzessManagement from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Additionally, Thomas completed the Real Estate Investment Advisor program at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and undertook further education at London Business School in 2018.
