Peter Graves, BSN, RN, CNOR

Peter Graves, BSN, RN, CNOR has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on surgical services and clinical education. Peter is currently the Owner of Clinical Solution, LLC, a company they started in 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director, Clinical Educators - Western US at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Peter provided nursing and physician education on the use of medical devices and supported marketing efforts globally. Peter also served on the Board of Directors at AORN from 2009 to 2011, representing over 40,000 registered nurse members in the United States.

Earlier in their career, Peter held positions at Molnlycke Health Care as a Sr. Clinical Nurse Consultant from 2004 to 2009, CapGemini as a Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2004, Regent Medical as a Clinical Nurse Consultant from 1998 to 2003, and Tulare Regional Medical Center as the Director of Surgical Services in 1997.

Peter Graves, BSN, RN, CNOR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northern Arizona University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their degree, Peter has acquired additional certifications. Peter obtained the Registered Nurse certification from the Texas Board of Nursing in March 1998. Later, in December 2000, they obtained the CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification from the Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI).
