Perdanawan P. Pane has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Perdanawan P. started their career at Sinergy Lintas Batas, PT as a Senior Trainer in 2008. Perdanawan P. then joined UNICEF Indonesia as a Project Manager & Senior Trainer before moving on to PT. Prudential Life Assurance, where they served as the Head of Basic Sales Course, Sharia & Trainer Quality Management from 2009 to 2014. Perdanawan then worked as a Training Manager at PT. Widyadara - Grolier Indonesia for a short period from 2014 to 2015. Perdanawan P. later joined PT AIA Financial as the Regional Development Head from 2015 to 2016. Perdanawan then had a series of roles at AXA, including Head of Recruitment & Activation from 2016 to 2017, Head of AXA Associate in 2018, and Head of [Digital] Recruitment and Activation from 2019 to 2020. Perdanawan P. then joined Manulife Indonesia (PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia) as the Recruitment & Productivity Head - Agency from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Zurich Indonesia as the Head of Training & Recruitment Agency starting from 2022.

Perdanawan P. Pane attended The London School of Public Relations from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Communications. In 2018, they also obtained a certification as a Business Coach from GRATYO® Group. Additionally, Perdanawan holds a certification as a Licensed NLP Practitioner from The Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming, although the exact year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
