Ali Reza

Ali Reza currently serves as Group Head Total Rewards at Zurich Insurance since January 2023. Previously, Ali held the position of Group Head of Reward at The Adecco Group from July 2019 to January 2023 and spent nearly nine years at Swiss Re as Group Head of Reward (Managing Director) from July 2010 to June 2019. Prior experience includes various roles at Credit Suisse, including Head of Global Asset Management and EMEA Compensation (Director), Manager of Europe Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility (Director), and Lead HR Generalist for Europe Deployment (Vice President), from September 2003 to May 2010. Ali began a career at Ford Motor Company as an HR Manager from January 1995 to January 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of the West of England and a human resources management credential from the University of West London.
