Hurbem Pinto has over two decades of experience in the IT field, with a notable tenure at Zurich Insurance since March 2013, where Hurbem has served in various senior roles, including IT Superintendent and IT Executive Manager, focusing on team development, technical team expansion, and implementing agile methodologies. Hurbem has successfully increased team sizes and developed new structures to address complex IT demands, alongside contributions to strategic projects during an international rotation. Previous positions include IT Specialist roles at notable companies such as Iron Mountain and Liberty Seguros Brasil, as well as a strong foundational background in software development and analysis. Hurbem holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIA and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Estácio.
