Joanne Cresta has cultivated a robust career in the insurance and hospitality industries, currently serving as an SME Underwriting Manager at Zurich Insurance since November 2014. Prior positions at Zurich include Senior SME Underwriter and SME Underwriter. Prior to Zurich, Joanne worked at IAG as a Customer Business Consultant from November 2012 to October 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as Guest Service Agent at Novotel Sydney Central and At Your Service Agent at Sydney Harbour Marriott. Joanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a specialization in Hotel Management from Southern Cross University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a high school diploma from MLC School Burwood, obtained in 2008.
