Kenny Lim

Kenny Lim is a seasoned professional in business strategy and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Business Strategy & Performance Management at Zurich Insurance since 2025. Prior to this, Kenny held the position of Vice President of Group Strategy at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad from 2018 to 2025, where efforts focused on the bank’s strategy, transformation, and digital initiatives. Kenny’s earlier career includes significant roles at RHB Banking Group, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation and the establishment of strategic initiatives, and at QBE Asia and CIMB, focusing on strategic planning, M&A opportunities, and corporate development. Kenny Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University.
