Neetu Choudhary currently serves as the Regional Human Resource Consultant for APAC at Zurich Insurance, providing HR advisory across several countries, including Australia and India, while collaborating on executive compensation programs. Previously, Neetu held multiple leadership roles at IDS NEXT Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, including Head of People & Culture and Associate Vice President HR, overseeing talent management, engagement, and employee relations across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East and Africa. Additional experience includes senior HR positions at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Anlage Infotech, and Dell Perot Systems, focusing on HR operations, talent acquisition, and immigration advisory. Neetu Choudhary holds a Master's of Global Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Ramaiah Institute of Management, among other qualifications.
