Parambir Sangha

Parambir Sangha currently serves as the Head of Strategy at Zurich Insurance since July 2022. Prior to this role, Parambir held various positions at TAL Australia from April 2017 to July 2022, including Senior Manager of Proposition Development, where responsibilities included overseeing a suite of products and services supporting partnerships with superannuation funds, and Strategic Planning Manager, focusing on the Technology strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Parambir's earlier experience includes roles as an Innovation Manager, utilizing Design Thinking methodologies, and as an Innovation Analyst at PwC, specializing in design and innovation for numerous industries. Parambir began the career at PwC as a Tax Consultant and later transitioned to Human Resources before obtaining a Master's Degree in Business and Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & HR from the University of Technology Sydney.
