Saji Abraham is an experienced professional in customer experience and operational transformation, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience & Business Transformation for Zurich Insurance in the Middle East since August 2013. With a strong background in client services management, Saji has successfully led service delivery for multinational corporations, overseeing teams across multiple locations and implementing restructures to optimize resource utilization. Prior roles include managing customer services and operational performance, as well as quality management for both corporate and retail sectors. Saji's earlier experience includes team management at Capita and leadership positions at Zurich Insurance and ABN AMRO Bank.
