Shailesh Khemka

Shailesh Khemka is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in expense management and performance reporting across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Life Planning & Performance Management at Zurich Insurance since July 2019, Shailesh is responsible for partnering with business units to achieve regional KPI targets and oversee financial reporting and forecasting. Previously, Shailesh held key positions at Prudential Corporation Asia as a Senior Regional Manager and at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Senior Manager, showcasing a strong track record in financial analysis and management reporting. With a background that includes leadership roles at AIA and Tata AIA Life Insurance, along with foundational experience at Tata Global Beverages, Shailesh has developed a comprehensive skill set in budgeting, expense management, and strategic financial planning. Shailesh holds a Postgraduate Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
