Patricia Henderson Winkler

Patricia Henderson Winkler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and school counseling. Currently serving as a High School Counselor at Zurich International School since August 2022, Patricia previously held various HR roles at Itaú Private Bank and Banco Itaú, where key responsibilities included advising employees on career roles, coordinating HR best practices across Latin America, and developing strategies for talent attraction and diversity inclusion. Patricia's early career included internal communications and HR management roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where significant achievements included fostering employee engagement and leading training programs. Patricia holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from The College of New Jersey, as well as degrees from Harvard Graduate School of Education, FIA Business School, and McGill University.
