Tom Osterwalder

Tom Osterwalder serves as the CEO of Zurich Invest AG since January 2006, where responsibilities have also included roles as Head Institutional Business and Deputy CEO, as well as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. Prior to Zurich Invest, Tom Osterwalder worked as an Investment Officer at Zurich Insurance from February 2002 to December 2005 and held positions at Beyoo.com as VP Controller and Novartis as VP Treasury and Controller. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Zürich, a CFA designation from the CFA Institute, and attendance at the IMD for Executive Development. Recent education includes a program at Swiss Board School completed in June 2023.
