Dana Young

Dana Young is an experienced Executive Search Consultant at ZurickDavis, a Boston-based firm specializing in healthcare leadership recruitment since August 2019. Prior to this role, Dana served as a Talent Advisor and Internal Coach at Concord Hospital Health System from March 2016 to August 2019, where co-led the development of an organization-wide coaching program. Dana also co-founded ClovHR, a global PEO start-up, in early 2017 and worked as a Senior Search Consultant at TriNet from March 2012 to March 2016, contributing to the growth of TriNet's search practice. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Daniel Webster College, graduating with honors.
