Amy Dougherty

Amy Dougherty has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to pricing, sales enablement, and commercial operations. Amy is currently the Director, Global Pricing at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, where they are responsible for integrating Elkay into the newly formed Zurn Elkay business and enhancing online selling pricing strategies. Prior to this, Amy worked at Zurn Industries, LLC, where they held multiple positions such as Director of Pricing, Director of Pricing Excellence and Sales Enablement, and Director of Commercial Operations. In these roles, they focused on developing pricing strategies, driving strategic pricing methods, and leading the development of new tools and solutions to support sales processes. Amy also has experience as a Business Solutions Manager and Sales Analyst, where they leveraged software solutions to improve sales processes and analyze market data. Before joining Zurn Industries, they worked at Stonebridge Redevelopment Funding, LLC as a Manager, overseeing loan procedures and ensuring proper documentation and closing processes. Amy also served as the Director of Development at Villa Maria Academy, where they implemented strategic initiatives for fundraising activities. Overall, Amy has a strong background in pricing, sales, and operations, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to support business growth.

Amy Dougherty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh between 2001 and 2004. Amy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Penn State University.
