Bob Foley has had a progressive career in engineering focused on materials and processes selection, qualification, and analysis. Bob began as a Lead Materials Engineer at Elkay Manufacturing in 2002 and later became a Principal Materials Engineer. In 2012, they joined Modine Manufacturing Company as a Senior Technical Advisor before returning to Elkay Manufacturing in 2016 as a Principal Materials Engineer. In 2022, they transitioned to Zurn Elkay Water Solutions as a Principal Engineer, where they manage engineering analysis investigations and publishes peer-reviewed reports.
Bob Foley earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Vermont. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various subjects, including Management of Technology and Refrigerant Handling.
